EVENT OPERATIONS CLARITY SPRINT
Understand what's not working before deciding what needs changing.
A focused operational diagnostic for event businesses that know one part of their delivery is taking too much time, creating unnecessary friction or relying too heavily on manual work.
£395
Your operation doesn't need to be broken to work better.
Maybe your current process technically works.
But it relies on somebody remembering what happens next.
Information is copied between different places.
The same questions keep coming up.
Setting up every new event feels more manual than it should.
Your team has tools, but still relies on spreadsheets, inboxes and workarounds to hold everything together.
Or there is simply one part of delivery that makes you think:
There has to be an easier way to do this.
The Clarity Sprint is designed to help you find it.
WHY IT MATTERS
The cost of operational friction adds up.
An extra manual step might not feel like a serious problem.
Neither does searching for the latest document, answering the same question again, rebuilding something that already exists or relying on one person to remember what happens next.
But repeated across projects, clients and events, those small inefficiencies consume time, reduce capacity and make consistent delivery harder as the business grows.
When key information or processes depend too heavily on individuals, growth can create more pressure instead of more freedom.
The goal isn't to build the most sophisticated operation.
It's to make the work behind your events easier to repeat, manage and grow.
One Sprint.
One operational area.
We don't try to audit your entire business at once. Instead, we choose one part of your event operation and look at it properly.

Is the way you're working behind the scenes helping you deliver, or making delivery harder than it needs to be?
HOW THE SPRINT WORKS
A clear process from diagnosis to next steps.
Six focused stages, from understanding the problem to leaving with a clear plan.
Understand
Before the working session, you'll complete a short intake so we can understand the area you want to improve, the people involved and the tools you're currently using.
Walk through
During a 60 to 90-minute working session, we'll walk through what actually happens from beginning to end.
Not what is supposed to happen. What really happens.
Find the friction
Following the working session, c'eveny reviews the workflow to identify unnecessary steps, duplication, bottlenecks, dependencies, information gaps, manual work and areas where ownership or process could be clearer.
We'll also consider what that friction is costing you in time, capacity, consistency and unnecessary effort.
Your findings and recommendations will be prepared within 3 working days of the working session.
Map a better way
We develop a recommended future workflow and identify practical improvements.
The answer isn't automatically another piece of software.
Sometimes the best improvement is simplifying what already exists.
Prioritise
Your recommendations are organised into a practical action plan so you know what to address first, what can wait and where further implementation may be worthwhile.
Review
We'll meet for a 30-minute Review Call to walk through the findings, recommendations and your questions.
You'll leave knowing what we found, what we recommend and what to do next.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
Practical outputs you can actually use.
The Sprint gives you a clear picture of what is happening now, where the friction sits, and what to change next.
Current-State Workflow Map
A clear picture of how the chosen process currently works.
Friction Findings
The points creating unnecessary effort, duplication, confusion or dependency, including what that friction is costing you in time, capacity, consistency and unnecessary effort.
Quick Wins
Practical improvements that can begin making the process easier without waiting for a larger implementation project.
Future-State Workflow
A recommended way for the process to work more clearly and efficiently.
Priority Action Plan
A practical breakdown of what to change now, what to address next and what can wait.
30-Minute Review Call
A dedicated session to walk through the findings, recommendations and next steps.
AFTER THE SPRINT
What happens after the Sprint?
The recommendations are yours to implement, either internally or with separate c'eveny support for selected improvements.
Depending on what the Sprint uncovers, support could include workflows, trackers, templates, process documentation, information structures, Microsoft 365 solutions or team guidance.
The aim is to recommend what makes sense for the problem, not sell you something you don't need

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions before you book?
Is this only for businesses with serious operational problems?
No.
The Sprint is designed for event businesses where something works, but takes more time, manual effort or dependency than it should.
You don't need to be in crisis.
Can you review my entire business?
Not within one Clarity Sprint.
Keeping the Sprint focused on one operational area allows us to look at the problem properly and give you useful recommendations.
If there are several areas you want to improve, we can discuss the most useful place to start.
Do I need to know what the problem is?
No.
You might know exactly which process is causing trouble, or you might only know that a particular part of delivery feels harder than it should.
Your free consultation can help us identify an appropriate area for the Sprint to investigate.
How long does the Sprint take?
Following your 60 to 90-minute working session, your findings and recommendations will be prepared within 3 working days.
We'll then meet for a 30-minute Review Call to walk through everything together.
Will you recommend new software?
Only where it genuinely makes sense.
We start with the process, not the technology.
Often, improving how existing tools and information are used is more valuable than adding another platform.
Will c'eveny implement the recommendations?
Implementation isn't included in the £395 Sprint.
You can take the recommendations forward internally, or c'eveny can separately scope support for selected improvements.
What if the solution requires technical work you don't provide?
We'll say so.
Where a recommendation requires specialist development, advanced automation or another area outside our scope, we'll make that clear rather than pretending otherwise.
